At Central Coast Wheelchair Basketball Development, our mission is to provide an inclusive, welcoming environment where everyone in our community can stay active, build confidence, and enjoy the sport of wheelchair basketball. We believe that physical activity and social connection should be accessible to everyone, regardless of background or ability.

How you can make a difference

• Growing Our Fleet: We are currently raising funds to purchase our own dedicated sports wheelchairs. This allows us to remove the biggest barrier for new players, ensuring they can jump straight into a session without the upfront cost of equipment. 

• Creating Opportunity: Your contributions help us subsidise league fees and travel costs, ensuring that every player has the opportunity to represent the Central Coast on court, regardless of their financial situation. 

• Keeping Us Rolling: Our equipment requires regular maintenance to stay safe and agile on the court. Beyond regular required servicing, we need to keep a stock of essential consumables like tyres, tubes, and castor wheels, as well as specialised tools and spare parts like axles to keep out fleet in top condition. Your support helps us to cover these vital operational costs, ensuring now player is sidelined by a mechanical issue.
